The Wearable Art Fashion Show redefined style by merging artistic expression with fashion. Budding designers unveiled exceptional creations that transcended convention, captivating the audience with garments that were not only couture but canvases of imagination.
Punjab Art Initiative-Amritsar Edition, VR Ambarsar hosted a series of curated workshops led by celebrated artists. Students engaged in Watercolour Painting, Calligraphy, Videography, Tie & Dye, and Tote Bag Designing. With over 500 young participants, these sessions became a vibrant platform for mentorship, creativity, and cultural enrichment— leaving a lasting impression on Amritsar’s artistic landscape.
The Punjab Art Initiative - Amritsar Edition, supported by the Yuj Foundation, commenced its second edition in collaboration with The Sacred Amritsar on 21st February 2025 at VR Ambarsar. This year’s theme is 'Transcending Boundaries'. The festival was inaugurated by Sanjoy K Roy, Festival Director of the Jaipur Literature Festival and The Sacred Amritsar, and Managing Director of Teamwork Arts and Sumi Gupta, Curator of the Punjab Art Initiative-Amritsar Edition. The festival celebrates a rich tapestry of partnerships with local schools, colleges, artists, and UNESCO, highlighting a deep commitment to community and creativity. An international collaboration with the New York-based Arts for the Future Festival, powered by the United Nations Civil Society Conference, further expanded its scope—transforming it into a truly inclusive and global platform for artists.
